Return a Product:

We only allow products to be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is in the same condition as it was sent. We absolutely do not accept returns on products that have been used. If you are returning a product, please ensure that it is securely wrapped and able to withstand shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable and returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must have an RMA number, you can get your RMA number by filing a return on the link below and a representative will get back to you with 2 business days.

Items Received Broken:

At Juicy J Glass, we take great care to package your order in a secure and sturdy manner. Almost 100% of packages are delivered in perfect condition from our warehouse. If your product arrives broken, please file a claim with our customers services team within 48 hours of delivery (please take pictures of the broken product and packaging). You can do this by filing a return on the form below, a representative will get back to you with more instructions with 2 business days (we will advise you where to send the pictures).

Return to Sender:

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid shipping address, please provide us with an alternative/correct shipping address, in this case we you will be charged for the cost of the shipping the item again. You can do this by sending an email with your details.
